Two GP founders asked why bright doctors still stumble on MSRA and AKT. I sat with recent test-takers - UK grads and IMGs -and framed the problem with clear scope, assumptions and success criteria.We built a lean MVP with a no-code stack. I connected CRM to the LMS so we see the full learner journey and designed adaptive quiz paths that close individual gaps. Delivery runs in ClickUp with sprint planning, a living RAID log, stage gates and light change control. Stakeholders get weekly updates against milestones and KPIs. Every release passes UAT before wider rollout and hypercare.It’s early, but private-beta feedback is strong - “finally, someone gets it” - so we iterate on evidence, not guesses.
