Conducted a comprehensive review of the Design Basis Report (DBR) – MEP, ensuring alignment with operational and brand requirements prior to system handover. Executed complete snagging of the property and coordinated closely with the project team to ensure timely rectifications and delivery in compliance with Hyatt brand standards. Spearheading the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamlining engineering processes to ensure efficiency and compliance from Day 1 of operations. Oversaw electrical system testing, functional verification, and air balancing across all areas of the resort to ensure system reliability and guest comfort. Developed and compiled handover documentation for engineering assets and systems, supporting a smooth operational transition from project to operations phase.
