I founded BalaSwecha, a non-profit dedicated to providing computer-aided education to underprivileged children, and had been running it for last 12 years. There are more than hundred volunteers, serving around 60 government schools across two states. I have collaborated with government and partner schools to expand program reach and ensuring continued success. • Pioneered Frugal Innovation: Led the development of an impactful product by leveraging existing infrastructure and working under tight budget and time constrain• Drove Product Adoption: Personally engaged with key stakeholders, including teachers and government officials, to develop a needs-based roadmap, leading to the successful adoption of the product in over 75 schools, including remote locations.• Empowered End-Users: Orchestrated and led training workshops for teachers and volunteers, ensuring hands-on support and sustainable use of the platform.
