Co-ordinated Cost Audit for FY 2018-19 & FY 2019-20 of BALCO in which came across various costing techniques applied and total cost structure of the company.Been instrumental in conversion of advance payments for coal to LC which released a working capital exposure of Rs. 75 Crores per month.Has been a part of the reconciliation team for coal refund from SECL Kolkata which have an exposure of Rs. 15 crores on quarterly basis.Major Contribution towards financial planning, analysis, costing decisions and vendor negotiations relating to the division.
