Setting up and maintaining the internal control systems and procedures to ensure the consistency and accuracy of the records. Maintaining a strong relationship with Bankers to ensure smooth flow of day-to-day operations. Managing the Vendors along with accounts’ payable function and making sure the payments are made appropriately as per the agreed credit terms. Managing the direct and Indirect tax compliances on a timely basis. Managing the audits and handling the audit related queries at Entity level as well as the parent entity level. Managing the entire Procurement function from vendor selection to final order. Managing the Entire Admin Function.
