Actively working on Global employee life cycle ‘Hire to retire’ actions as a part of HRSS operations team through Workday HCM tool. Leading a team of onboarding associates across multiple regions with a motive to enhance and engage global future new hires and employees\' experiences, thereby achieving retention and employee engagement. The goal is to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement through multiple innovative initiatives and leadership interactions through Global Onboarding program. Part of Project management team working on HRSS Audits and risk assessment.• Hands-on experience working on HR Shared services (HRSS) model, working on HR transactions like offer generation, Employee ID creation, onboarding till separation cases in Workday HCM and ticketing tools.• Part of HRSS audit design team and currently working as an integral member of HRSS audit team, assessing the quality of HRSS transactions, identifying automation and process improvement opportunities and Knowledge gaps.• Played a key role in designing the revamped Global Onboarding Program to enhance employee experience, promote engagement, and improve retention.• Successfully contributed to APAC, EMEA & US & C Employee Onboarding, implementing creative initiatives to enhance employee relations.• Developed various resource materials such as SOP’s, policies, benefits, FAQs, and POCs for induction sessions as part of the Onboarding program across EMEA, APAC, US & C, and LAC regions.• Developed a manual tool through the integration of Excel and Power BI hosted on SharePoint to launch the Onboarding program globally and actively contributed in integrating the same in Workday HCM tool.• Trained regional teams across globe on executing and working with manual tools for the global launch of the Onboarding program throughout Unisys global facilities.• Responsible for welcome kit disbursement at global facilities of Unisys.
