As the Manager at Andhra Deluxe, I oversee daily operations across the restaurant and bar to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. My role combines leadership, hospitality management, and operational excellence within a busy, high-volume Indian restaurant.Key Responsibilities: • Manage full front-of-house operations, including bar, dining area, and takeaway counter. • Lead daily restaurant opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth service flow from 12 PM to 12 AM. • Take and process in-house and online orders (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) efficiently. • Supervise and train service staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards. • Handle guest interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Prepare, mix, and serve classic and signature cocktails while maintaining bar stock levels. • Oversee table turnover, cleanliness, and presentation to optimize guest experience. • Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely service and special order requests. • Monitor inventory, stock front-of-house supplies, and manage supplier relationships. • Maintain health & safety compliance and assist in end-of-day cash handling.Achievements: • Increased customer satisfaction and repeat visits through personalized service and efficient operations. • Implemented streamlined order-taking and table management systems to reduce waiting times. • Expanded bar offerings with a creative cocktail menu to enhance the restaurant’s premium appeal.
