   Lead and execute high impact projects in assay development, gene editing analysis, and long read sequencing.Played a central role in the XDel product launch, driving very high throughput transfections across 8 cell lines with multiple editing conditions and titrations. Developed and optimized a custom ddPCR assay to detect DNA rearrangements, including primer/probe design, reaction optimization, and full ddPCR data analysis to support product characterization. Collaborated cross-functionally with product, data science, and operations to ensure scientific rigor and timely delivery.Independently designed and built a robust long range sequencing workflow from scratch-becoming the first in the company to implement it. Optimized and established protocols covering genomic DNA extraction, long-range PCR, full NGS library prep, and sequencing on Oxford Nanopore (MinION). Also perform Oxford Nanopore sequencing data analysis, enabling structural variant detection and deep insight into large knock-ins and rearrangements.Supported the internal NGS platform launch by validating synthetic gBlocks representing a range of deletion sizes and characterizing PCR bias, improving the reliability of genotyping complex clones.
