ABOUT NAFISA HUSAIN

As an HR Manager with over 12 years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the importance of talent acquisition and employee development. My expertise in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing to onboarding, has allowed me to creatively source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels such as recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals.I have experience in managing high-volume staffing and executive recruiting, ensuring that candidates are thoroughly screened and assessed for their potential to succeed within an organization. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to build strong relationships with both employees and senior management, making sure that everyone is engaged and working towards a common goal.In my current role at Scitara Technologies, I am responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from researching and recruiting new hires to administer payroll, benefits, and company events. I also oversee HRMS implementation and management, vendor management, and handle any employee-related issues.Throughout my career, I have received numerous awards, including Best Trainer, SMART Awards, STAR Awards, and Roll of Honor.
