I am an experienced sales professional and Honors Business Administration graduate from the Ivey Business School, with a passion for leadership and community involvement. Having lived in Chittagong, Dhaka, Toronto, and Calgary, I embrace diverse experiences and challenges. My journey began as a Sales Associate at TJX Canada/Winners Merchants International L.P, where I gained extensive product knowledge and excelled in customer service, earning positive reviews and deterring theft. Transitioning to Nestle Bangladesh as a Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement Intern, I drove data-driven strategies and contributed to a recipe app. Currently, I hold the role of Sr. Sales Training & Development Specialist at DHL Express in Toronto. I am a firm believer in the respect and result ideology, firmly believing that nurturing and investing in our people is the cornerstone to achieving both personal and business growth.
