With a diverse background in IT support, leadership, sales, and TEFL, I bring a blend of technical knowledge, client-facing experience, and a passion for teaching. I’ve supported global enterprises through service desk operations, building strong relationships with internal teams and clients. As a Certified ScrumMaster and Project Management Professional, I’ve worked in cross-functional teams, contributed to project initiatives, and mentored new staff. My experience spans business continuity, disaster recovery, IT support, and consulting with stakeholders on technology solutions. I’m also passionate about customer relations, sales, and education, always striving to meet client needs while adding value to the business. In addition, my self-employment experience in managing vacation properties has honed my skills in customer relations, business management, and problem-solving, all of which I bring to every role I undertake. I’ve consulted with clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism. I’m focused on continuous improvement, adapting to new technologies, tools, and systems to better serve clients and teams. Whether through problem-solving, coaching, teaching, or delivering quality service, my goal is to apply my skills in ways that benefit both organizations and the people I support.
