About Naenedy Lopez
As a first-generation college student, I have a strong drive to learn and constantly strive to be the best version of myself — both personally and professionally. Currently, I am furthering my studies as a graduate student at San Jose State, pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering. I focused much of my undergraduate career on honing essential soft skills such as communication and leadership through my involvement with the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) and the Bay Area Biomedical Device Conference. Alongside my customer service background, these skills help me be easily adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environments while remaining detail-oriented. I have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, conducting mechanical and material characterization testing. Presently, I work as a quality technician in the Design Assurance Quality (DQA) team at Shockwave Medical.
