   Strategic and values-driven thought partner for a book of about 40 clients, focused on small businesses in the Portland Metro area, with remote people practices in all 50 states in a variety of diverse industries including manufacturing, professional services, and non-profit organizations.• Lead HR projects calendar for designated accounts and initiates proactive HR strategy planning on an ongoing basis. • Manages and implements HR project deliverables with the assistance of the HR Support Team to include the following: Employee Handbooks, Job Descriptions, HR Audits, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Wage Surveys, Performance Management, Compensation Programs, and Policy and Procedures development. • Conducts HR supervisory training for managers and employees.• Handles employee relations matters including workplace complaints and assists in problem resolution including participation in employee counseling and termination meetings on-site. • Oversee on-site HR employees for designated client accounts.• Conducts open enrollment meetings for Section 125, 401k, Medical and Dental and other benefit programs.
