   Project Execution- discussing, executing, defining scope of activities in project for the erection of the critical equipment in the power plant. • Expediting- Involved with discussion with contractors for available of materials required on site for erection. • Incident Management- Handling escalated incidents and involved in day-to-day activities that involves workforce management and responsibility. • Managing the erection of the critical equipments as per FQP. • Managing the pipe laying of all systems in power plant. • Change management- Involved in planning, assessment, implementation and review of milestones which involves functional changes. • Responsible for working with other support teams to implement safety and monitoring the progress of work on site. • Actively monitored erection of structural parts, critical pressure parts (boiler drums, convection banks, economizers and superheaters), and ductings (Air pre heaters) • Ensuring quality in welding of jobs (P91, P22, P11) and also monitored NDT. • Actively monitored erection of strand jack. • Monitored erection of LDO tanks, and ZR200 Compressors. Coal Handling Plant On the responsibility for operation and maintenance of coal handling plant. • Worked in the preventive maintenance of the critical equipments like conveyor belts, rotary breaker, ring granulators, wagon tipplers and tripper trolley. • Involved in maintenance of locomotive engine and dozers. • Involved in operation of coal handling plant. • Involved in planning of the manpower requirement as per the schedule
