Currently designated as the Product owner of a newly integrated operational tool (OMS) used to manage and control the operations, with the goal to improve the operational efficiency of the IOC, the pro-activeness in handling irregular operations hence reducing delays. In addition to the product owner role, I am leading a team of business experts • This is a major transformation initiative. The goal is to finally integrate LUS and LAA, currently still operating with different terminologies, processes and way of doing business. • Guide and coach a team of 10 Subject Matter Experts to support the program implementation, as they are involved in activities like training, testing, developing business processes and organizational change management. • Working with IT and the management of 5 business units to implement OMS which include defining process flows, complete functional testing, QA, develop training material. The project involves working with an external vendor while using the agile framework. • To support the cultural change and current communication gaps within the current work units, submitted various proposals of floor layout to the executives to be used for discussions with finance and corporate real estate Product owner, for the ATC Coordinators unit with operational support for the tools, and procedures. Working with the FAA and the NASA on strategic initiatives related to airspace congestion. • Facilitated the use/extended experiment of ATD 2 during summer 2020 & 2021 through the coordination of activities with NASA, implementation of the required training, business processes and procedures and any required communication efforts. • Arrival Fix Balancing and TOS • Support the ATC coordinator group with the creation of procedures to be used in ATC training and IROP leads in IROPS processes. • Built working relationship over the last year with the FAA who has set Arrival Fix Balancing and TOS as tow of the priorities for the FAA in 2022 and 2023
