ABOUT NADJA ESCOLAR

I am passionate about building things and developing people. I started my coaching practice after 20+ years in business leadership roles across CPG and e-commerce, out of desire to help leaders find greater purpose and feel more empowered, in turn supporting them in driving positive change in organizations and society.I am an Engineer by training, a certified Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, and prior to coaching, I spent 7 years at Amazon, 14 years at P&G, and served as Chief Revenue Officer of a growth-stage startup. I have firsthand experience building and scaling businesses, leading diverse teams, and creating capabilities from the ground up.In my coaching practice, I work primarily with leaders seeking or experiencing change, be it scaling into positions of greater complexity or responsibility, looking for greater alignment between their purpose and work, balancing competing demands, managing career transitions, or adopting new behaviors. I believe the coaching space is most productive when there is mutual respect, empathy, candid feedback, and a good dose of humor.I design and facilitate custom workshops ranging from effective business communication to emotional intelligence. I am a lifelong learner, proud Latina, mom of two wicked-smart girls, and I live with my family in Washington state.
