Just as we care for our families and want them to return home safely each day, I believe every workplace should reflect that same level of care. Safety isn’t just a checklist. it’s a reflection of how deeply we value people. As an Environmental Health professional, shaped by years of education and training in Public Health, I’ve come to see safety and sustainability as guiding principles not just responsibilities. We protect people, and we protect the planet, because both are essential to long-term well-being. In my role as an EHS Analyst, I lead with empathy, insight, and a systems-thinking approach. I believe that effective safety programs are built on trust, education, and collaboration. Whether it’s through training, hazard/Gap analysis, or cultural change, I strive to create environments where people feel safe, respected, and empowered. My journey continues to evolve, but my mission remains clear: to build workplaces where safety, sustainability, and human dignity go hand in hand.
