   Prepare billings for various types of government contracts (Cost Reimbursable, Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee,(Fixed Price Level of Effort, Fixed Fee etc.) Submit customer invoices in the appropriate invoicing systems such as WAWF, EXOSTAR, IPP, ARIBA, iSupplier, etc. Review Aged Receivables Report and contact customer as needed to address outstanding invoices. Ensure all assigned projects were prepared on time and accurately within the contractual requirements. Resolve all external customer inquiries concerning billing status and initiate communications with PM/PC with any billing discrepancies. Resolve any invoice rejection and short payment issues and resubmitted invoices or reach out to customer as needed. Maintain unbilled and billing tracking to ensure all billable cost are invoiced monthly. Maintain billing folder with accurate records and communications throughout the billing life cycle.
