With over 25 years of entrepreneurial, operational, management, and strategic leadership experience in the high-growth tech industry, I bring deep expertise in raising debt and equity capital, structuring M&A and spin-off transactions, and advising on public listings, SEC/Exchange compliance, and go-public strategies, including direct listings, reverse mergers, and SPACs.Prior to launching Next Move Partners, I served as CEO and Director of a Nasdaq-listed global technology company for ten years, where I was responsible for defining and executing the company’s financing and M&A strategy. During this time, I completed over a dozen domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and raised over $500 million in gross proceeds for our various companies. I also co-founded one of the first listed company-sponsored SPACs, which successfully completed a business combination.My professional journey includes leading Inpixon’s rise to market leadership in indoor analytics solutions, where we reshaped the understanding of indoor spaces through strategic acquisitions and innovations. In March 2024, I successfully exited Inpixon with its sale to XTI Aerospace and two significant spin-off transactions.At Next Move Partners, we act as a critical partner to executive management teams, providing strategic guidance in developing and implementing corporate finance initiatives, capital markets strategies, and M&A transactions.
