Managing engineering development activities for Multi-function Information Distribution System Joint Tactical Radio System (MIDS JTRS) and Electronic Combat Systems (ECS) programs. Leading program transition from EMD phase to LRIP and FRP production operations. Directing F22 TACMAN engineering teams tasked to design, develop, integrate, test, and qualify MIDS JTRS modernized Link 16 CMN-4 with Identify Friend vs Foe (IFF) Transponder. Representing BAE Systems in meetings with Government Agencies and Industry Partners. Managing R&D project to develop, demonstrate and deliver a High-Performance Time Frequency Standard (HPTFS) that advances the state of the art in Rubidium based Time-Frequency devices. Developing Engineering plan, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and managed subcontractors. Working with contracts, finance and program management to negotiate the OPSEC plan and period of performance. Providing Cost Account Management (CAM) functions and baselined Earn Value Management System (EVMS)/Cobra. Responsible for weekly presentations on program updates to senior management,Instrumental in new business development; create and support Request and Bid Approval (RBA) for the MIDS J BU2-BC3 proposal
