ABOUT NADIR FERNÁNDEZ BAHÍLLO

I am a product analyst with 8 years of experience leading projects to create customer and business impact across different industries. I have strong expertise with many different tools and methods, as well as experience with stakeholder management across different job families and seniorities, including senior executives. Currently I work at Personio, a Europe\'s leading HR tech company and provider of an all-in-one HRsoftware for small and medium-sized organizations. I hold a Computer Science degree, as well as a master in Innovation & Decision-Making. Apart from my technical background, I have a Bachelor of Classical Music (Bassoon Specialty), and I was a professional musician in several philharmonic orchestras across the world. Having studied computer science and classical music at the same time allowed me to combine the technical and creative worlds and helped me to develop high organizational, problem solving and analytical thinking skills. Moreover, I combined my studies with playing soccer at a professional level. I often volunteer for different causes such as women rights and education. Amongst the different initiatives I have been involved in, I co-founded and organized the Women in Machine Learning and Data Science (WiMLDS) chapter in Madrid or teached music for kids with disadvantaged backgrounds.
