ABOUT NADIN ISKENDEROGLU ATAHAN
Nadin is an Environmental Engineer and she started her career as a process engineer. She has worked in conceptual and detailed design projects of wastewater treatment plants with several capacities, and involved in all process and hydraulic calculations thoroughly, from pumping station to discharge. Nadin has extensive knowledge in domestic and industrial wastewater treatment. She has full knowledge of Metcalf & Eddy and ATV-DVWK design standards in process design. She has experience in feasibility studies and design projects side-by-side with stakeholders and clients to propose the most feasible and effective design while meeting the client’s needs.Currently, she is working as a Sustainability Consultant in Stantec UK, focusing on the delivery of carbon accounting and carbon management projects, along with supporting the embedment of PAS2080 principles into business. In addition to developing her professional career at Stantec, she completed her Erasmus Mundus joint master’s degree on Urban Climate and Sustainability at Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) in collaboration with Huelva University (Spain) and LAB University of Applied Sciences (Finland).
