ABOUT NADINE TCHAMBA

I am an experienced and result-oriented engineer & scientist with over 4 years engineering experience in the nuclear fleet industry and currently working as Technical Project Lead & Engineering Delivery Manager on a couple of multi-scale international projects. I also endorsed over 6 years of interdisciplinary R&D experience in the field of thin film semiconductors device & characterization, evidenced by three first-author publications and co-author for 3 others. Beside the solid expertize currently being built up in the nuclear industry sector, I also have strong expertise in process optimization and characterization of thin film semiconductors for optoelectronics applications. Experienced Design Engineer & Technical Project Lead with over six years experiences on working on multi-scale international projects Engaged team player as well as problem solver with strong collaborative skills developed while working with professionals in industry and R&D sectors, on collaborative projects which results leading to significant outcomes. As example, I am currently an EDM (Engineering Delivery Manager) on 2 different multiscale projects, namely HPC and SZC, responsible of the BCMS system on SZC, and acting as Design Entry Point for the EMC qualification of the Core Instrumentation Systems for HPC. I also worked successfully during my PhD with an industrial partner at MERCK Chemicals Darmstadt, carrying my work in three different labs between two different countries (Germany & Netherlands), meeting up the tight deadline fixed for the project, while complying with all the legal/professionals ethics required for the project. Outstanding easy-integration abilities in multicultural environments, as evidenced by having lived and successfully worked in 5 different scientific labs in 4 different countries over 6 years span. Experienced communicator, with excellent written and oral communication skills, evidenced in my current role, by multiple technical meetings held with our customers on UK Projects, meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Strong leadership skills demonstrated on my role as technical lead and entry point for the HPC EMC topic. I also assumed few leadership roles in professional and student associations. As well as strong management skills acquired while tutoring and supervising exams of over 200 undergraduate students.
