Under a bars coach, I help adult students as they progress through their aerial hoop (Lyra) journey. This includes teaching new skills, spotting students as they attempt and practice skills on an aerial hoop, and tracking their progress and attendance to keep them accountable to the goals they have set for themselves. I also assist in running the warm-up session for each class, ensuring that aerial hoop, aerial trapeze, and aerial silks students are warm and limber enough to go through the class without injury.
