Lead clients and support specialists on email, SMS and in app marketing strategy- Develop and manage client lifecycle series, triggers, and automations- Provide key analysis and recommendations for new and existing lifecycle series, triggers and automations - Daily use of ESP platforms (i.e. Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Iterable, etc)- Monitor deliverability and provide key recommendations for any issues that arise- Analyze client list health and provide segmentation strategy- Mentor specialists and coordinators on client relationship building and technical skills- Manage accounts while delegating tasks and supporting analysts and account managers
