About Nadine Nally

I’m a career Army intelligence and cyber operations officer with more than two decades of experience leading at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Currently, I serve as the Director of Operations for the Cyber National Mission Force at U.S. Cyber Command, where I lead global cyber mission operations in defense of the nation.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to command and advise across the Department of Defense and the National Security Council. My career has taken me from standing up Army’s first cyber battalions, to serving as Senior Cyber Advisor in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, to shaping U.S. cyber and innovation policy at the White House.What drives me is building high-performing teams, integrating emerging technologies into defense strategy, and ensuring the U.S. maintains the edge in cyberspace. My combat service includes deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan, and I continue to mentor the next generation of leaders in cyber and national security.I’m a Madison Policy Forum Fellow, Eisenhower School graduate, and hold an MBA from the University of Maryland UC and a BA in English/Journalism from Morgan State University.
