With nearly 14 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I bring together strategic leadership, operational excellence, and deep expertise in human resources management. My career has been defined by growth, transformation, and a strong hands-on mindset – from buy & build integrations and organizational development to digital HR transformation and the implementation of future-oriented processes.Driving transformation and unlocking potential in both people and organizations is what inspires me – guided by strategy, courage, and a clear focus on sustainable results.As Head of HR Shared Services and Authorized Signatory at Korian Deutschland GmbH, I lead a team of around 60 HR professionals across Payroll, HR Services, and Labor Law, supporting over employees nationwide. I drive the strategic development and digitalization of core HR processes, implement intelligent workflow automation, and strengthen organizational efficiency through data-driven decision-making and process optimization.I combine vision with pragmatic execution, foster innovation, and guide teams through transformation with clarity, empathy, and trust.
