ABOUT NADINE EL-OON

I’m a passionate and bilingual HR professional, fluent in both French and English, with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialisation in Human Resources. I absolutely love what I do, and I’m driven by the opportunity to help businesses attract top talent, build strong teams, and foster meaningful relationships. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse environments—corporate, retail, and customer service—where I’ve partnered closely with senior managers and directors to improve hiring processes and drive success. I’ve conducted over 100 interviews, and each one has been an opportunity to create a great experience for candidates while hitting my targets in high-volume recruitment. I’m deeply committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I’m proud to have been a part of initiatives that promote inclusive hiring practices. Understanding Canadian employment laws is something I take seriously, and I always ensure that hiring and selection processes align with the best practices in labour relations. I thrive in fast-paced environments, where I can leverage my expertise in talent management, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement. I’m passionate about using these skills to create hiring strategies that not only meet business goals but also make a real difference in the lives of those we hire.
