I am part of the project coordinating team. My main responsibilities lie on teaching and empowering students as well as the public relations work where I train and instruct student assistants. Additionally, I partake in building and strengthening our network within the university of Bochum, Germany and internationally. With FACE@RUB I advocate self-employment, founding your own (start-up) business and seeking leadership positions to women all over campus (#interdisciplinarity). I teach, advise, support and connect women with our powerful network of (start-up) founders and various stakeholders. Furthermore, I participate in making business coaching more diverse and inclusive by raising awareness on gender as a social construct and stereotypes, for instance.
