Hi, and thanks for stopping by I’m a Professor of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, working at the intersection of innovation ecosystems, future skills and entrepreneurial education.Over the past years, my work has spanned academia, startups and practice — from building innovation formats at founders@unibw and teaching at institutions such as Munich Business School, to working internationally with students, professionals and organisations.I’m particularly interested in how innovation unfolds in complex and high-stakes environments — including defense, security and dual-use contexts — and how startups, organisations and institutions can navigate these spaces responsibly.I’m also the co-founder of Bright & Bold, where we empower young people and professionals to develop the skills, confidence and mindset needed to shape the future — in business and society.Always curious, open-minded and happy to exchange ideas across disciplines and perspectives.
