ABOUT NADINE BLANN
I am an FCCA with over 20 years experience. I work in Global Outsourcing specialising in Project Management. I work with global corporate clients delivering multiple financial services across the BDO International network. This involves implementing and managing each clients global payroll and financial compliance requirements via a flexible delivery module that allows clients to focus their country teams on developing their business module without the distraction of managing local country requirements. I am currently involved in setting up an offshore shared service centre to build our capabilities.Prior to this I have been involved in providing outsourcing services to client around the UK particularly payroll, Statutory Financial accounts and monthly management accounts, as well as advising on business development and efficiencies. I have held senior positions in Industry in the IT, Construction, Payroll Outsourcing and Charity sectors.During my career I have been involved in contract management, building client relationships, business development and efficiencies, European Social Funding and ESF audits, business disposal, financial reporting and consolidations and preparation of client proposals. On a personnel front I have experience of staff development and mentoring as well as staff disciplinaries and investigations.
