A seasoned analytical scientist with 7.5+ years of post-PhD experience in the analytical and bioanalytical development of novel biologics, including bispecific monoclonal antibodies for immuno-oncology for Cancer, plasmid-DNA constructs for gene therapy, biosimilar drugs such as Adalimumab, Rituximab, Aflibercept, and non-mAbs like tPA, HCG, and other macromolecules. As an analytical team lead, I have provided end-to-end CMC support for Process Developmen(PD) through strong cross-functional collaboration with clone development, upstream (USP), downstream (DSP), and formulation (FDL) teams from clone selection to 500L GMP batches. My expertise extends to analytical method development, qualification, and transfer activities with GDP tuned documentations.
