ABOUT NADIA WITTE
I work as an executive coach supporting leaders and professionals through career transitions, role changes, and complex decision-making situations. My work focuses on deep inquiry rather than advice: I help clients question assumptions, explore underlying drivers, and develop their own clarity. I bring several years of experience from corporate and consulting environments, including business development, sales coaching work at Accenture and and design thinking–based work as a founder and business developer. I am ICF ACC certified and trained as Balanceology Burnout Coach and work in line with professional coaching standards.My Coaching PhilosophyI believe effective coaching creates the conditions for clear thinking rather than providing solutions. In my sessions, I work through structured inquiry, reflection, and experimentation, drawing on design thinking principles and my background in business development and consulting. I support clients in examining assumptions, clarifying priorities, and exploring perspectives that are often overlooked under pressure. Sessions are focused, pragmatic, and exploratory, combining depth with forward movement. The aim is not quick answers, but durable insight that enables clients to make their own well-founded decisions in complex professional contexts.
