ABOUT NADIA SHEIKH

As a HR and Talent Acquisition professional, I am passionate about sourcing and hiring top talent for my employers and leading talent management initiatives which encourage retention. I value diversity, inclusion and innovation and I strive to create a positive and engaging candidate experience that reflects the culture and values of my employer. Most recently with Basware, a global fintech SaaS leader in AP automation, I served as a Talent SME, sourcing and recruiting candidates across the UK, EU, US and LATAM for a range of roles at all levels. I leveraged my skills in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and employer branding to identify, attract and hire qualified and diverse talent for Basware. I worked closely with the internal stakeholders to understand the business needs, define the job requirements and design the recruitment strategies. I am proud to have contributed to the growth and success of Basware and my previous employers by filling several key positions in a timely and efficient manner.
