About Nadia Samman
A graduate of Cornell University\'s LLM program in Entrepreneurship, IP and Tech. During her time at Cornell, She focused on expanding her intellectual property and business expertise. Prior to coming to Cornell, I ran the commercial real estate department at her law firm, assisted with business formation, and intellectual property issues for clients. Throughout her juris doctorate, from Tulane University, she worked in various interdisciplinaries of law such as: IP, real estate and M&A. Throughout law school she was the managing editor of the Environmental law journal and a winner of the Pro-bono award. She currently works at the Bayne Law Group, focused on various forms of Corporate law.
