I’m a clinical psychologist who works with adults, typically between the ages of 18 and 55, helping them navigate a wide range of psychological challenges, whether it\'s anxiety, depression, work-related stress, eating concerns, or relationship difficulties. I take a client-centered and solution-focused approach, and I often draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support meaningful and lasting change.
