I love storytelling and making connections; which is exactly why I pursued a degree in Communications. At one point, I had big plans to be the next Oprah Winfrey. But since Oprah is still going strong, I found my way into Talent Acquisition and I’ve never looked back. I\'m a results-driven talent acquisition leader with a passion for strategic hiring, building high-performing teams, and creating exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring leaders. I specialize in executive hiring with a deep focus on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, ensuring we’re not just filling roles but shaping the future of leadership.
