In this role I am responsible for leading business transformation projects end to end within the PMO portfolio supporting the UKIE roadmap to create a new IKEA. The role involves preparation of the project directive, resource management, leading the project team (where applicable) to deliver the project in time, cost and scope, whilst mitigating risk, securing communication, people consequences, achieving high quality and managing change. For the first 1.5 yrs I led the Customer Support Transformation project and am now project managing a global People & Culture transformation project.
