My broad professional scope ranges from project management, international business, and academic research, to marketing, consulting, and cross-cultural communication. I have gained professional experience working at non-profit organizations, multinational corporations, universities, and social action projects around the globe. I have been a guest speaker for the WomenTech Global Convention 2021, ADAPT International Convention 2020, AIESEC, Tan Tao University, Greenwich University, Hanoi Medical University, Capstone Vietnam, GPA English Education, and International Y2Y Initiative, among others. I have been interviewed by numerous TV and radio channels, magazines, newspapers, and websites, including Voyage LA Magazine, VTV4, HanoiTV, Travellive, Vietnamnet, Joyfm, Sinh viên Việt Nam, Hoa Học Trò, Le Courrier du Vietnam, CzechTimes, The Copenhagen Post, etc. Since I am convinced that interpersonal connections are the most effective way to combat prejudice, most of the projects I have been involved in are related to global citizenship awareness and education. I am a co-founder of the project “Green Passport Goes Around the World” which commits to inspiring Vietnamese youth to become global citizens, I am a leader of a collaborative book project that tells stories of 9 female global citizens from all corners of the world, and I have recently launched an online education platform that aims to bridge gaps between people across the globe and to bring them on the same page. I have published 11 books in Vietnam, Colombia, and the USA to date.My dream is to see the world evolve to a point at which the way people are treated and perceived does not depend on the issuing country of their passport, the color of their skin, or the physical traits that they were born with, but rather on who they really are.

   Lead the team of 30+ members of the groundbreaking global citizenship community with over followers on social media (link to our main Facebook page: Empower and equip young Vietnamese generations with multifaceted information, experience, skills, and tools to succeed in the globalization era.* Mentor young people to become published authors, exemplary leaders, and international scholars.* Strategize and coordinate activities of the community, such as organizing online and offline events and training sessions at schools, universities, and companies, publishing educational books (that have sold tens of thousands of copies), teaching foreign languages, sharing information about studying and working opportunities abroad, providing scholarships, and connecting scholars and professionals worldwide.* Collaborated with Project FUEL (India) and International Youth to Youth Initiative (Lithuania) on delivering the “Life Lessons - Human Wisdom” course (HCMC, Vietnam, 2019).
