I am a leadership educator and certified coach that guides individuals and teams to achieve goals by encouraging empathy and establishing strategic plans. After earning my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts in Education, I\'ve served as a College Student Affairs Professional for over 15 years. In this time, I\'ve served multiple institutions and one the largest governing bodies of the profession, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators. In 2022, I began providing coaching services to groups, teams, and companies outside of the college setting. I\'m excited to continue growing and developing my craft which results in stellar service to my students and clients.
