I’m a regenerative biomaterials engineer who enjoys turning scientific whitespace into direction, momentum, and early-stage strategy. In this role, I stepped up to help shape the company’s broader talent development strategy and support teams as they pitch pilot programs to the CEO, CSO, and CDIO.
