Collaborate with stakeholders, to conduct learning needs analysis, and recommend and implement learning solutions. Oversee project management for developing innovative virtual and in-person learning solutions. Ensure adult learning theory is utilized to create effective training solutions and assessments. Assist human resources and other stakeholders to develop programs and resources to influence and foster a collaborative learning and development culture. Utilize graphic design, videography, broadcast production setups, drone pilot, and script writing skills as necessary to perform job functions.
