About Nadia Nazar
I am an interdisciplinary artist passionate about community spaces and education who utilizes digital and physical creative mediums to teach and advocate. I am an animator and sculptor, using stop motion, metalworking, 2D animation, casting, biofabrication, photography, and more in my artist practice and professional experiences. I have worked on various collaborative projects as an animator, fabricator, compositor, editor, technician, and art director. My art teaching experience ranges from working with children to older students who are in high school and college. My unique experience as an artist and climate organizer allows me to work efficiently in large team settings, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt and react to conflict in calm, productive ways.
