As Manager of Change Enablement at Avanade, I lead Microsoft Copilot Adoption & Enablement end to end: readiness and governance, executive enablement, pilots, hyper-care, and reinforcement. I meet organizations where they are in their Copilot journey, helping them move from exploration to enterprise-scale adoption with confidence. An early adopter of Copilot, I’ve partnered with clients across North America to accelerate AI-powered ways of working. This experience gives me a clear view of what drives success—and what pitfalls to avoid—when introducing transformative technology at scale.
