Collaborate with city agencies, community-based organizations and schools to identify and map available resources and coordinated program integration Effectively communicate with district leadership, school leaders, teachers/staff and external partners and stakeholders Participate in the District Wellness Committee, regularly attend meetings and contribute to discussions; serve on other committees as assigned. Utilize data to generate reports and communicate results with individual schools, district, and funded or community partners Identify and help to secure future funding opportunities to support the ongoing mission and strategic goals of the Wellness Department Collaborate with and provide appropriate supervision, evaluation, mentoring, and professional growth and development opportunities, School based and District Wide Social Workers Collaborate with other departments on the development of a district Multi-Tiered System of Supports framework and universal procedure/protocols Partner with school based/district leaders, educators, clinical staff, and fellow Student Support Service colleagues to align SEL/Mental Health goals to district priorities and ensure a cohesive approach to addressing student\'s SEL/Mental Health and developmental needs
