   Key strategic partner and subject-matter expert for education content across monetization, publishing tools and incentives products and programs, supporting public figures and creators. Currently managing 3 direct reports.Responsibilities include-Lead go-to-market help content strategy and education opportunities in-product and in e-learning to support our media and publisher audience in using Facebook\'s marketing and advertising products-Surface data and insights across products to address any users’ confusion and influence direction of products, features or UI elements-Worked cross-functionally with PMs, PMMs, researchers, engineers, policy and legal teams to review content and identify potential gaps in understanding and influence a better education experience.Co-founded and co-lead internal racial equity initiative, establishing a new foundational focus for Business Education organization. Responsibilities include-Created an internal anti-racism program working with 25+ cross functional partners to strengthen our relationships with employees, Black business owners, and external stakeholders-Build community and forge relationships across time zones by introducing foundational information on anti-Black systems and applying these learnings to our space-Empower/coach a team to drive cultural and systemic change with content standards, terminology, and by addressing bias in the workplace-Host and facilitate roundtable discussions and small breakout rooms with over 100 participants. Received “100% Commitment” to future participation in roundtables per total survey results-Launched and moderate fireside chat series amplifying Black thought leadership and helping us identify ways to make our products and partnerships more equitable.
