With over 20 years of experience in telecom and utilities, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges companies face—especially when it comes to finding the right talent.I spent the first 12 years of my career as a Project Manager in telecom, overseeing large-scale projects. During this time, I decided to create a company that truly prioritizes both clients and employees, with customer service at the core of everything we do. By fully understanding the unique needs of our clients and crafting customized solutions, I wanted to go beyond what other staffing agencies offer.We don’t just offer jobs, we offer careers, helping every individual achieve their professional goals while providing comprehensive benefits. At Nexiya, staffing is not a numbers game; we truly value our people.Nexiya began offering staffing and recruiting services in 2013, and since then, we’ve grown into a full-service provider. In April 2024, we expanded our offerings to include managed services—providing utility planning, design, and training services. This growth also allowed us to open doors to many individuals in our community who are passionate about the utility industry but lack experience.With our dedicated training center and a team that brings over 100 years of combined utility design and planning experience, we’ve been able to hire and train these individuals. This expansion enables us to support our clients more comprehensively, offering not only top talent but also strategic planning and design expertise for the utilities sector.At Nexiya, customer service is the heart of everything we do. I’m deeply passionate about creating customized solutions for our clients, ensuring that we not only meet their needs but anticipate them. I believe in going above and beyond to be a true partner, fully invested in our clients\' success every step of the way.Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, nutrition, and weight training. These passions reflect the same principles I apply in both my personal and professional life: dedication, resilience, and the constant pursuit of growth. Fitness is more than a hobby for me, it’s a mindset that drives everything I do. Whether in the gym or leading my team, I approach every challenge with the same focus and determination.
