Currently, I serve as the Director of Student Success and Organizational Leadership at Barrier Breakers, where I lead curriculum development, oversee recruitment, and manage a talented team of counselors, advisors, and instructors dedicated to empowering students. In addition to my work in admissions and organizational leadership, I am an Adjunct Professor, teaching Victimology, Human Trafficking, and Public Speaking & Communications. Through my teaching, I encourage students to critically examine policy and structures, while fostering thoughtful dialogue and evidence-based understanding. With a background that spans law school admissions consulting, higher education administration, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leadership, and criminal justice education, I bring a unique, holistic perspective to everything I do. Whether advising students on crafting compelling personal statements, mentoring first-generation applicants, developing inclusive programming, or teaching complex sociological topics, my work is driven by a commitment to equity, access, and student empowerment.I welcome opportunities to collaborate, speak, and advocate for student success, inclusive leadership, and innovation in higher education.
