Manage contracted recruiting coordinators by onboarding, training, and mentoring, setting expectations, providing and gathering frequent tactful feedback, and acting as their day-to-day POC, and terminating and offboarding when necessary. • Identify and manage shifting business priorities and manipulate data sets to highlight potential areas of improvement and risks to stakeholders to drive initiatives and proactively troubleshoot roadblocks. • Manage, delegate and oversee multiple projects running consecutively through the planning, execution, and delivery phases. • Allocate workload appropriately, manage timesheets, and partner with contracting agency to address performance concerns, contract extensions or terminations.
