Nauvata Engineering to Nauvata Energy Transition (NET) Enterprise – we are changing and expanding. NET Enterprise is an Engineering and Project Delivery Organization that supports clients to deliver Best-in-Class Engineering and Projects in India and in the Middle East. NET stands for net-zero. In its new avatar as NET Enterprise, Nauvata is expanding its resource base and service offering to undertake projects in new energy and energy transition – carbon capture and sequestration/storage, plastic circularity, biofuels (3RD Generation Ethanol, BioLNG, CBG) and Green hydrogen. We aim to support clients across various sectors to set up and operationalize their capital projects in these areas through EPC/PCM/E&P/PMC services. At the same time, our emphasis on our services to the conventional oil and gas industry continues unabated. NET Enterprise is active in India and in the Middle East. Litwin PEL is our 100% owned subsidiary in the Middle East. It is a 100+ years old company registered in Abu Dhabi; it has supported most of the Oil and Gas companies in the Middle East. Through its Joint Venture with SBM Offshore (which was taken over completely by SBM in Q1 2023), NET Enterprise has delivered multi- million engineering hours for design of multiple FPSOs from its office in Bangalore. We recognize that Digitalization is needed to drive efficiency for our clients. NET Enterprise, in a JV partnership with dDriven Solutions LLP, Singapore, provides Digitalization solutions (including Data Platform Creation, Digital Twins, Data Analytics) which supports data driven decision making at all levels. It enables the Digital Transformation of the client organization through digitalization of all aspects of engineering, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and distribution. Results of this Digitalization is seen in lower Opex, higher Uptime, optimal Inventory carrying costs, improved Decision Quality and Safety of People and Assets.
